Remedi Medispa – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Remedi Medispa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service and to protect our practitioners’ time, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellation Fees

Because it is difficult to fill last-minute openings, the following fees apply to any changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments:

Appointments under 90 minutes: £50 fee

Appointments 90 minutes or longer: £100 fee

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you can no longer make your scheduled time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer you an alternative time that is more convenient. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our practitioners’ time.
